Helena Birecki

Helena Birecki holds a BFA in Modern Dance from the University of Michigan, and she currently choreographs and performs with DanceVisions, High Release Dance, and the Dance Is It! contact improvisation group. Through classes, workshops, and festivals across the country and abroad, she has explored many modern techniques as well as ballet, jazz, rhythmic gymnastics, folkloric dance, and salsa. Helena is also a certified Pilates instructor.
